Yes — booking ahead ensures we can give your device proper time and attention. Drop-offs, collections, and call-outs can all be arranged to suit you.

Yes. For many issues we can come to you, whether it’s a home PC setup or troubleshooting office devices. Some repairs are best handled in the workshop, and if that’s the case, we’ll advise you clearly.

We usually complete diagnostics within 2 - 3 hours, and many repairs are finished the same or next day if parts are in stock. Custom jobs or specialist parts may take a little longer — we’ll keep you updated throughout.

If diagnostics are required, we’ll confirm the cost upfront. In many cases, simple checks or advice are free of charge.

Where possible, yes — especially for small businesses who rely on staying online. Availability is on a case-by-case basis.
