How It Works
We have made the entire process incredibly simple. Here is how you can track your device:
Get Your Card: When we collect your computer, we will hand you a physical card containing your unique job ID and a QR code.
Scan and Go: Scan the QR code with your smartphone camera to go directly to the tracking page on our website.
Secure Access: Enter your job ID and your postcode to securely load your tracking dashboard.
See the Progress: View your current status instantly, or expand the history tab for a deeper look at the journey.
